Meet Your Teacher

Nakita Devi is a fully qualified Breathwork Facilitator, triple board accredited with the International Breathwork Foundation, the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also an International Educator with ten years experience, Breath Mentor to those learning to become facilitators, and long-term meditator of more than 15 years; including learning from nuns in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. With a unique blend of tantra-based wisdom & trauma-informed expertise, she guides and empowers those who are ready to embark on a path of self-discovery and embodied healing.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What are the dates for the programme and times of the live sessions?

The course begins with the opening call on Sunday 1st October, and closes with the final call on Sunday 17th December. Live group sessions are on: 1st, 15th, 22nd October, 12th & 19th November, 10th & 17th December starting at 9:30am (UK time). All calls will be between 60 - 90 minutes depending on the curriculum content for that week.

Do I need to attend all/any of the live sessions?

Whilst attending the live sessions offers the most interactive and immersive experience, you can still embark on your own personal journey by accessing the recorded sessions at your own pace and convenience.

Do I need experience in breathwork or somatics to join?

No, this is a foundational course meaning that no previous experience is necessary or needed. If you are already a seasoned practitioner, you may also attend to expand and deepen your practice.

How do I know if these practices will work for me?

If you are a living and breathing body, these practices are specifically designed to increase awareness and build connection. They can be life-changing tools recommended for anyone, no matter their individual need, preference, or circumstance.
